My Process
My travel design process is collaborative, and you're the most essential part of it. We'll start with a 30-minute consultation to discuss your wants, needs and preferences. I'll do the required research on the destinations, cruises, hotels, tours, and activities; and also collaborate with my global network of exclusive travel suppliers to create a custom proposal just for you.
When your proposal is ready for you to review, I will schedule a walk thru of your proposal, and prior to our call your preliminary proposal will be emailed to you. (The itinerary planning tool I use is web-based, so your proposal, itinerary, and all documents will be emailed to you through this platform.) The walk thru is your opportunity to share your thoughts, and request additions or modifications to your proposal.
Once you approve your proposal, and make your deposit (or full payment), I'll coordinate logistics and transportation, arrange guides and tours, and work to satisfy your needs and any special requests. I'll also remind you when it's time for your final payment, and prior to departure I'll reconfirm all of your arrangements (that I have booked for you), and provide you with a final walk thru of all your itinerary details (approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure). My partners and I are also available throughout your trip if problems should arise.

Once you approve your itinerary and make any necessary pending payments, my partners and I will secure the various components of your dream vacation.
Collaborate & Design
I research your destinations, cruises, hotels, tours, and activities; and collaborate with my global network of exclusive travel suppliers to design a custom proposal just for you.
When your proposal is ready, we’ll have a preliminary walk thru to share the proposed itinerary with you and get your thoughts, and any requests, additions or modifications.
Communication
Throughout your pre-travel experience, we’ll communicate so you know that your plans are being well taken care of, keep you informed of our progress, and to make sure we’re on the same page, every step of the way.
Approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure, we’ll have the final walk through of your itinerary and answer any last minute questions or concerns you may have.
Even while you’re away, I’m in contact with my suppliers to ensure you’re having an enjoyable time, and to assist you with anything that may arise during your journey.
